<h3>What project types are covered?</h3><p>Offshore wind, onshore wind, utility-scale solar (PV and CSP), and large-scale energy storage projects. Residential rooftop solar and small commercial installations are excluded. Hydrogen and other emerging clean energy projects are included where they achieve a formal contract award or financial close milestone.</p><h3>What counts as a milestone event?</h3><p>Contract award (CfD, PPA, or government offtake agreement), planning or permitting approval, financial close, or construction start announcement. Project proposals without a confirmed approval or award are excluded.</p><h3>Is there a minimum project size?</h3><p>No fixed threshold, but coverage is weighted toward projects above 50MW as smaller projects receive less press coverage. The capacity field allows filtering by size.</p><h3>What is the refresh rate of this dataset?</h3><p>We rerun this dataset once a month.
