Board-level changes (chairpersons, non-executive directors) are excluded.</p><h3>Are interim appointments included?</h3><p>Yes. Interim appointments are captured and flagged in the event type field so users can distinguish between permanent hires and temporary appointments.</p><h3>What exchanges are covered?</h3><p>Major US exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ) and European exchanges including the LSE, Euronext, Deutsche Börse, and Nordic exchanges. Coverage expands to any listed company where the announcement is reported in English-language press.</p><h3>What is the refresh rate of this dataset?</h3><p>We rerun this dataset once a month.
