Sub-processors

NewsCatcher, Inc. uses the third-party sub-processors below to provide the News API, CatchAll, the Agent, NewsMCP and related services. This list forms part of our Data Processing Addendum. We will notify customers of changes as described in Section 4 of the Data Processing Addendum. To get notified, email support@newscatcherapi.com. Customers using AI features of the Services must also follow the usage policies of OpenAI and Anthropic.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Location: Global. Purpose: Cloud hosting and infrastructure. Data processed: All service data, including account data, queries and logs.
• OpenRouter: Location: USA. Purpose: Routes AI model requests for AI features of the Services. Data processed: Customer queries and agent instructions.
• OpenAI: Location: USA. Purpose: AI model provider for AI features of the Services. Data processed: Customer queries and agent instructions.
• Anthropic: Location: USA. Purpose: AI model provider for AI features of the Services. Data processed: Customer queries and agent instructions.
• Oxylabs: Location: Lithuania / Global. Purpose: Web search results for AI features of the Services. Data processed: Search queries derived from customer inputs.
• ScrapingBee: Location: France. Purpose: Web page retrieval for AI features of the Services. Data processed: Page addresses requested by AI features.
• Stripe: Location: USA / Global. Purpose: Payment processing. Data processed: Billing contact and payment card details.
• GetLago: Location: USA. Purpose: Subscription and usage billing. Data processed: Customer name, email, plan and usage records.
• Pylon: Location: USA. Purpose: Customer support. Data processed: Support conversations and contact details.
