# Migrate from the v3 News API

> Map v3 search requests to the new News API.

The v3 News API keeps working, and its docs stay under **Enterprise** in the
version menu. Move to the new `/search` when you want ranked, story-grouped
results for recent news. Stay on v3 when you need every match of a boolean
query, deep pagination or the full archive.
